- Two stage ideas competition.
- First stage anonymous – 7 week design period outlining initial design strategies, broadly compliant with draft WLEP 2009 and council recommendations.
- Up to four shortlisted entrants selected. Each receive $10,000 on completion of Stage 2.
- Second stage – 7 week design period, to develop stage one submissions to a greater degree of detail, including opportunity to engage in a workshop with council, developers and stakeholders.
- Combined results exhibited and publication in ar. Final Prizes awarded for design excellence, including a ‘People’s Choice’ prize. Total of $20,000 in prize money.
